Tak Sing Alliance Holdings Limited was founded by Mr. Ma Kai Cheung who started his first garment factory in Hong Kong in 1967. By the time the Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991, its business scope had already expanded to China, Asia, America, Europe and Africa. Following China’s rapid economic development in recent years, the Group has shifted most of its businesses and resources onto the mainland. Today, our operations in China include property development, logistics and wholesaling centres, hotels, restaurants and food processing.
